94. Margaret Atwood in Conversation with Hal Wake
94. Margaret Atwood in Conversation with Hal Wake

Presented by The Vancouver Writers Fest

2017 is the year of Atwood. The Handmaid’s Tale, her visionary dystopian novel from 30 years ago, has ignited imaginations with its television adaptation, now nominated for 11 Emmys and renewed for a second season. The TV world premiere of Alias Grace is imminent under the visionary guidance of Sarah Polley. The second volume of Atwood's graphic novel, Angel Catbird, launched in February. Unsurprisingly, her appearances at the Vancouver Writers Fest sold out before public sales began. But you’re in luck. We’ve added an on-stage interview to catch up on these incredible developments in this phenomenal author’s recent career. Get your tickets quickly before this one sells out too.
